Kayla Ballesteros is an artist who experiments with illustration, painting, comics, and sculpture. Her passion for art started at a young age, with inspiration from her father's expansive comic book collection and a love for art, movies, and animation. With her father, she learned how to design and apply tattoos at the age of sixteen and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Visual Communications.
She expresses her art through various mediums and blends both traditional and digital tools. Kayla is currently working on several projects: When not creating art, she enjoys consuming strong coffee, tea, comics/manga, anime, and movies, as well as spending time with her beloved dog, Hannibal.
